The ProgressionLIVE mobile app enables dispatchers within your organization to assign various tasks (service calls, maintenance, deliveries, pick-ups, purchase orders, and quotes) directly to your iPhone or iPad.

• Taking pictures of the work: Add photos or attachments by importing them from your photo library or instantly capturing images with your iPhone or iPad. This feature serves as a record of the work, with the photos inserted into the work order (PDF).
• Signature of the client: Have clients sign directly on your iPhone or iPad to approve work. Clients can review and sanction the work order content, with both your signature and the client's being reflected on the work order (PDF).
• Mobile billing: Accelerate your billing process by adding products directly to invoices using your iPhone or iPad. Select workforce or specialized parts from your database for quick billing.
• Barcode reader: Expedite product entry into invoices by scanning barcodes with our reader on your iPhone or iPad. Barcode information is linked to your product database, simplifying quantity input.
• Timesheet module: Manage employees' timesheets by enabling manual or automatic time entries. Ensure accuracy and validity of time records, and generate detailed timesheet reports.
• Geolocation and GPS tracking: Use Google Maps to geocode tasks and customers. Track employee locations in near real-time with GPS tracking. The Map module allows for geolocation of tasks, equipment, and human resources.
• PDF sent to the client: Upon completion and client approval of a work order, send it in PDF format via email. The PDF includes customer details, invoices, signatures, photos, and technician notes.
• SMS "on the road": Notify customers via SMS when an employee's task status changes to "on the road." Configure personalized messages to inform customers of task execution progress.
• Integration with accounting software: Seamlessly integrate with Acomba, AcombaX, Sage50, and QuickBooks Online accounting software to expedite billing processes. Synchronize customer data, products, categories, and taxes effortlessly. Convert completed tasks into QuickBooks Online invoices and import quotes effortlessly.
